WINEMAKING

This is a Selection of one of the greatest area of south Labastida our plot called “Las Torcas”
We harvested by hand and collect the grapes in 14 Kilos cases, destemmed and cold pre-maceration for 24 hours, the fermentation was taken in stainless steel vats. Aged for 9 Months in new Romanian oak barrels with fine-grain.

TASTING NOTE

Cherry red color with violet touches such as light blue coat. Intense aromas of blue flowers with touches of undergrowth, wild blackberries, pepper and nutmeg with a elegant mineral finish.
Its mouth-watering is fresh at the same time as elegant with a notable presence of acidic strawberries.

Paring with grilled red and white meats, sausages, iberian ham, meat paellas…
